This stuff saved me $4000.00 +
I bought an old Mercedes 124 to restore with my sons. i found that the car had an evaporator leak. These cars seem to be built around the evaporator and to replace it involves disassembly of the front of the car. The lowest quote I had was $4,000.00 to replace the evaporator and recharge the system. I figured i would try this stuff first. I followed the directions and almost 1 year later the AC still blows ice cold!

Didn't expect much, but it works like magic!
My 1994 Explorer had completely non-functional air conditioning. I replaced a rusted out line and blocked orifice tube, and the accumulator/drier. However, when I charged the system, it leaked down within 24 hours. I could hear a hissing, but was unable to find the leak. Three cans of ultraviolet dye later, I was still completely unable to figure out just where the leak was. Not knowing what part to replace, I had almost given up on fixing the A/C in my truck, and figured I'd give this Cliplight sealant a try - after spending so much on parts and cans of refrigerant, what did I have to lose? Even though my system was leaking down faster than what the Cliplight documentation said it could fix, I thought I'd give it a try anyway.When it arrived, I was unimpressed. Saved my car!
Like many owners of older vehicles that have converted to R-134 refrigerant, I found that the smaller molecule is harder to contain in an aging system. My freon recharges were lasting only 6-7 weeks, and the solution proposed by repair experts would have cost way more than my '92 Sable is worth. My seasoned Pep Boys shop manager was dubious about the chances of success for this product, having already seen the failed results of many different sealants. At the same time, he was glad to take my money to vacuum-pump my system for well over an hour in order to evacuate all the moisture -- this is critically important. Now I did not follow Cliplight's advice and replace the accumulator because my seasoned Pep Boys shop manager opined that boiling out all the moisture should be enough. Air Lift
I have a 2002 work van that carries some weight. I decided to go with air shocks to help level the ride, but I did not want to deal with having to fill the shocks anytime I needed to load the van. I decided to look around for an air lift system that would use an on-board compressor to add the needed air.I found the part while on Rock Auto. Their price was over $185.00. So I decided I should be able to find it for less money and I was right. Here on Amazon the price was $135 and shipping was free.The kit arrived with all the tubing, fittings, and the control and compressor. The manufacturer claims that it will fit ANY air shock system, which also prompted me to buy it.Before installing the system with the air shocks I purchased from Delco, I decided to see if everything fit. Away went the bounce.
I ordered the on board compressor and a set of Air Lift bags for my Chevy 2500hd to see if it would help when braking while pulling my 36ft fifth wheel, when aired up properly the bounce is gone when I apply my camper brakes and they even help level out some rough roads (not all though). If you install them yourself and you are wallowing around on the garage you will spend 4+ hours on the air bags and at least that much time on mounting the compressor and electrical, without some good help. But still saved $300.00 doing it myself.

Works as advertised
I wanted a pump with built in check valve that would allow me to have either 6 volt negative or positive ground. As well, I wanted to be able to pull through the pump with my stock fuel pump, using the electric pump to fill the carburetor after extended storage of my antique vehicles without extensive cranking. Works as advertised and fits the need perfectly.

Vinage Airtex Electric Fuel Pump is still available
I have had one of these Airtex fuel pumps on my vintage 6V car for over 20 years. It recently failed so I had to find a replacement. I really like the Airtex fuel pump because of it's small size, isolated electrical design (so it can be used on a 6V, positive ground vehicle) and quiet operation. As I stated, my original pump has been working for over 20 years, and I really doubted that I would be able to buy the exact same pump anymore. I went to every auto parts store in my city and was not able to even order this fuel pump. I was just about to resign myself to buying a much larger, louder, and more expensive pump when I decided to try finding one via Google. I was amazed that Amazon came up with the exact same pump. They not only had this pump in stock, it was significantly less expensive than any other replacement pump I looked at. The perfect add on for those hauling heavy loads, works incredibly well. Installation took about 3 hours. That being said, I know my way around pretty well in the garage. If you are not very mechanically enclined I would suggest a professional install.

Airtex fuel pump
Airtex fuel pump appears well make and fitted my Toyota truck without problem. However, picture from Amazon is confusing. It shows a drawing of entire assembly included bracket and most important, the strainer. Upon receiving the package, I found there no strainer and gasket (another must have part); I had to place new order for that. It was not only surprisingly expensive but wasting of time. Airtex strainer size is half of my original strainer, I am not sure like it? Amazon also not listing Airtex gasket, I had to order the Bosch made.

Great Replacement
This fuel pump was a great replacement pump for our old Dodge Neon. Perfect fit and works great. Comes with the fuel filter and new o-ring. Basically, pull the old one out and put this one in.

After being told that my local Auto "World" would not price match internet retailers, I decided to gamble and use Amazon.com for the very first time in my life, and for what else but an aftermarket electronic fuel pump. I admit I was very skeptical because the price was more than one hundred dollars less than every auto parts retailer here in Austin. I was just fed up with the poor service, bad advice, and high prices I kept getting at these terrible places. The package arrived on time and the part looked almost identical to the one I almost paid double for down the street. I am so glad that I did not waste my dollar vote there. I am not sure about any warranty beyond the typical 90 days, and returns are a little more complicated than a retail store but the price is right on time. The part fit perfectly and functions properly in my '97 plymouth neon. I completely recommend this part for any Plymouth Neon from 1997 with a plastic fuel tank.
