ACCEL Coil Adapter
ACCEL makes a coil for the Jeep ZJ Grand Cherokee but no adapter to make it compatible with the ZJ harness. I purchased this MOPAR adapter for the coil side plug only. Removed the MOPAR plug from the adapter and spliced the adapter to the original ZJ harness. The adapter itself is high quality. Easily equivalent to if not better then the factory harness components. If you're upgrading your coil and ignition to ACCEL then I strongly recommend this adapter to make your life a little easier for future maintenance.

Works like a charm!
I purchased this wiring adapter after ordering a LiveWire's Ignition Coil for my 98 Jeep Wrangler Sport. It plugged right in to the old flat pins female couple and made the connection to the round pins male couple on the LiveWires Ignition Coil. Worked right away without issue and was easy to install!

Awesoe upgrade to your stock ignition system
This unit replaced the stock coil in my 1995 Jeep Cherokee with the 6 cylinder engine. Since installing, start ups have been faster, a slight increase in horsepower was felt, and my mileage went up a bit too. I'de recommend installing this performance coil if you are upgrading your ignition system, or even just installing new performance plugs, to get the most power and efficiency out of your engine. Just a great upgrade, hands down.UPDATE: I have recently sold the Jeep (floor rusted out on the unibody: death!) and purchased a 1999 Dodge Dakota with the 3.9L Magnum engine in it. I bought another one of these coils and did a tune up right off the bat, and for this I did have to purchase the adapter to use this coil. It's the same model number for the coil as in both vehicles, so it helped keep the guess work down when ordering. Top to learn more

Awesome coil upgrade
ACCEL Super Coil arrived a bit early, installed 6 weeks ago into a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 inline 6 cylinder without any modifications. Engine starts immediately, as opposed to 2 or 3 required revolutions with the OEM coil. I also bought the package ACCEL plugs, wires, rotor, and distributor cap. Can't beat the price. Possible slight mpg increase.........not sure yet. Top to learn more

Inexpensive Standard Ignition Coil
I was looking for inexpensive old fashioned no resistor generic ignition coils to use in high voltage electronic circuits. Most on line searches only sent me to pointless car parts sites that inevitably asked the model and year of the car the part was for. Even entering some old economy car model and year would call up an expensive coil "just made for your car". With the Amazon search, I simple called up ignition coil and had it list the parts from least expensive to more expensive. After wading through a number of hits for really inexpensive parts that happened to have the word ignition coil in them, I found this baby. Top to learn more

worked great
replaced all 8 coils on my 2000 Grand Marquis after one went out and started causing all kinds of problems. There was not a noticeable miss, but under a load, the computer would just shut down and the engine would quit. It would start again if you waited a few minutes. I replaced the plugs and then had a dead miss. I tracked down the cylinder that was missing, and replaced that coil only. That fixed the problem, but then I found out that Ford recommends you replace these coils at 100,000 miles, so I went ahead and did the other 7. The car runs better now than it has in years! Be sure you buy some di-electric grease at an auto parts store, as they don't package it with the coils. It keeps moisture away from the electrical connections. Top to learn more
Worked beautifully
I have a 2001 Ford Crown Victoria CNG which had two COPs replaced in 2002 and one COPs replaced in 2008. I figured it's about time to replace them all since the rest were still the original ones from 2001.Amazon prices are the best since O'Reilly/Kragen Auto Parts were selling them for $38.99 each. These work just as good as the original ford coil packs only they cost less than half the price. I had to replace several coil packs because my Ford Crown Vic Police Interceptor was misfiring.
