Works just like the original.
I purchased this to replace my front passenger switch when the switch stopped functioning. I swapped the switch from the rear door to the front door and it functioned properly. Knowing it was the switch that was dead, I ordered this as a replacement. The part arrived in 2-3 days, fit perfectly into place and operates the window just like when the truck was new.

This thing does not fit my car well
I tried this thing on my 2004 dodge stratus SE. The shaft (the plastic part) is a bit too tight for the ignition switch. So I used my old shaft to replace the new one. It worked after that.
